Applicants are screened against program criteria; and, then interviewed by Program staff.

 

Finalists are selected to receive 12 weeks of intense comprehensive business coaching and training. (Valued at $10K) Finalists apply the information learned in the program to write a fund-ready business plan.

 

Finalists who are in "good-standing" at the end of the 12 weeks, "pitch" their business plans before a panel of business professionals in various fields: finance, non-profit, corporate, banking, investing etc. in hopes of being selected as an honoree to be "Showered" at the annual Business Shower & Networking Event.

The panelists use a standard instrument to score and judge each business to

determine if they are ready to sustain in business.
